Let's Roll Roller Disco – Terms & Conditions Safety & Participation At Let's Roll Roller Disco, we work hard to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all skaters. However, roller skating is a physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Let's Roll Roller Disco, its staff, volunteers, venue partners, and event organisers cannot accept responsibility for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or personal property loss that may occur while attending or participating in our events, except where required by law. This includes, but is not limited to: * Falls, collisions, or loss of balance while skating * Contact with other participants * Venue features, fixtures, or equipment * Personal belongings brought to the event Protective Equipment We strongly recommend the use of appropriate protective equipment, including: * Helmet * Wrist guards * Knee pads * Elbow pads Protective equipment should be fitted before putting on skates. New Skaters If you have little or no skating experience, please speak to a member of our team before entering the skating area. Our staff will be happy to provide guidance and basic assistance. Alcohol & Intoxication Alcohol is not permitted within the venue unless specifically authorised by the venue operator. For your safety and the safety of others, we strongly advise against consuming alcohol before skating. Anyone who arrives intoxicated or appears unfit to skate will: * Be refused skate hire and participation * Not be entitled to a refund or credit Management reserves the right to remove any participant from the skating area if they are considered a danger to themselves or others. Skate Hire Socks must be worn when using hire skates. Participants without socks may be required to purchase a pair or bring their own before skating. --- Medical Conditions You should not participate if you have any medical condition that could be worsened by physical activity or falls. This may include: * Brittle bones * Heart conditions * High blood pressure * Back or neck problems * Joint injuries * Knee or ankle weakness * Any other condition affecting balance, mobility, or physical safety If you are pregnant, believe you may be pregnant, or have concerns about your ability to participate safely, please consult your doctor before attending. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
